A Helping Hand Through Life’s Transitions


Hi, I’m Tina, founder of SafeGuard Transitions.


After spending 18 years in healthcare, caring for and advocating for others became a natural part of who I am. Over time, I realized that some of life’s biggest transitions—moving a parent into senior living, downsizing a longtime family home, managing an estate, or simply trying to create order during an overwhelming season—require more than someone who can pack boxes. They require patience, compassion, organization, and someone willing to truly listen.


That is the heart behind SafeGuard Transitions.


I work alongside my clients and their families to make difficult or complicated transitions feel more manageable. Whether I’m helping someone decide what to take to their new home, carefully packing treasured belongings, coordinating a move, organizing a new space, clearing an estate, or connecting a family with additional resources, I treat every situation as personal.


My role often goes beyond organizing. I can help coordinate the many moving pieces of a transition and connect families with trusted professionals when additional support is needed—from senior placement and case management to elder law attorneys, financial advisors, real estate professionals, investors, handymen, movers, and other community resources.


For me, this work is about more than creating an organized space. It’s about taking care of people during a time of change and helping them feel supported from the first decision to the final box.
